Company Profile

An SME* set up in 1990, Phosphor Technology Ltd (PTL) has been dedicated exclusively to the development and manufacture of high-quality inorganic phosphors since its inception.

A group of creative chemists and material scientists, we have over 30 years experience in the field of luminescence and are proud of our successful track record.

We work actively to maintain this by continuously building on our competence, promoting technical innovation and maintaining close links with our customers and partners worldwide.

In line with our philosophy of promoting technical innovation and continuous product improvement in our field a considerable proportion of our resources are invested in internal and client-specific R & D.

Phosphor Technology can respond rapidly to requests to modify existing commercial phosphors to suit special requirements and can undertake specific R & D projects on a short or long term basis.

Production is carried out on any scale from a few hundred grams to hundreds of kilograms; with rapid progress for new developments and and a firm assurance that production quantities will match the development samples.

At Phosphor Technology we like to work closely with our customers in meeting their needs in this highly technical field. As a result we do not employ overseas agents.
